However, Tablao Flamenco Cordobes is one of those rare holdouts that makes me rethink my cynicism. It’s been family-run since the 70s, and instead of chasing the easiest lead, they’ve stuck to a grit and passion that even the legendary Camarón de la Isla respected. If you’re tired of the "fake tourist products" that plague Barcelona, this is where the real duende lives. Honestly, it’s about time someone prioritized the art over the RevPAR.
About the Tour
Located in the heart of Barcelona, Tablao Flamenco Cordobes isn't just a venue; it is a historical landmark of Spanish culture. Founded in 1970 by a family of artists, this tablao has rejected the "tourist trap" model in favor of an unwavering commitment to the roots of flamenco. The architecture itself is a masterpiece, featuring a restaurant inspired by Nasrid art and handcrafted by the official restorers of the Alhambra.
The experience is split into two distinct parts to ensure the highest quality: a world-class culinary tour followed by an intimate performance in a theater designed for a genuine connection between the artist and the audience.

1. Grand Tasting Dinner
This is the ultimate culinary journey, featuring over 40 Spanish and Catalan specialties.
- The Menu: Includes iconic dishes like Valencian Paella, Catalan Cannelloni, Galician Octopus, and Madrid-style Churros.
- Dietary Needs: Fully inclusive with vegan, vegetarian, halal, and gluten-free options.
- Drinks: Unlimited beer, wine, sangria, and soft drinks during the meal, plus a glass of cava during the show.
2. Tapas Selection (Traditional or Vegan)
A curated selection of 10 tapas designed to take your palate from the north to the south of Spain.
- Traditional Highlights: Includes salmorejo cordobes, Basque pintxos, mini seafood paella, and crema catalana.
- Vegan Highlights: Includes dressed avocado, escalivada pintxo, eggplant with Cordoban-style honey, and fresh fruit.
- Drinks: Includes the same unlimited beverage package during the meal and cava during the performance.
The Performance
After dinner, you move to the intimate theater. Because the performance area is separate from the dining room, you won't hear the clinking of silverware—only the rhythmic taconeo (footwork) and the raw emotion of the singers. It’s a close-up view of first-class performers who bring the "tablao" feeling to life.

Know before you go
- PLEASE NOTE: To enjoy dinner or tapas before the show, you must book in advance - not upon arrival.
- Includes 1 complimentary drink per guest (from a selection of available drinks). Alcoholic drinks only for guests 18 and older, as required by law.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. As the show is intimate and acoustic, silence is essential. Adults are responsible for ensuring their children remain quiet. If this is not possible, we kindly ask the adult to temporarily step out of the show with the child. Our team will be happy to assist. Please note: Children under 4 years old are NOT permitted.
- Stroller and non-motorized wheelchair accessible: elevator door width 70 cm - internal dimensions 90 x 90 cm.
- Photo and video recording are not allowed during the show. However, a special photo moment will be announced in the final 5 minutes, when guests are welcome to take pictures and videos.
