• Seats are allocated by the system on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited ticket availability. Single or non-adjacent seats may be assigned, and customers must accept the arrangement.

• Tickets must be collected in person by the ticket holder with a valid photo ID/passport and voucher at the Box Office; proxy collection is not allowed.

• Flash photography, video recording, and light sources are prohibited.
